• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and others. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• All funds must be deposited from accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded with any associated bonuses voided.
